A specific integration for the FH Aero
This kit has been developed to install two 12" Dual Action Shockersdirectly into the lower grilleof Volvo FH Aero and FH16 Aero models from 2024 onwards.
The two light bars fit symmetrically into the front of the truck, without the need for an external light bar. The installation thus maintains a particularly clean, factory-like appearance.
Two Shockers to combine range and width
Each Shocker combines two complementary technologies.
The VRT – Vector Reflector Technologysystem focuses white light forward to provide true long-range illumination.
The Photon Light Coreis instead designed to generate an extremely wide beam, supplementing the long-range light with significant peripheral illumination.
With two Shockers, the kit achieves up to 320 W and 18,460 effective lumenswhen both light bars use their full-power functions simultaneously.
E-Boost and ECE approval
Each Shocker features an ECE-approved long-range mode operating at 22 W and 1,700 effective lm, as well as an E-Boostfunction that allows it to reach 60 W and 4,380 effective lmon the VRT section.
The Photon adds 100 W and 4,850 effective lm per bar, providing particularly extensive light coverage around the central area illuminated by the long-range beams.
White or orange Photon
Two configurations are available.
The white Photon / white position lightversion maintains a consistent light color across the entire illuminated field.
The orange Photon / orange position lightversion combines the white long-range beam with orange peripheral lighting. This hue can improve visual comfort and contrast perception in certain difficult conditions such as dust, rain, fog, or snow.
No additional CAN bus module
On the affected FH Aero and FH16 Aero models, no additional CAN bus interface is required for auxiliary lighting.
This is a significant advantage for this type of integration: the kit remains specific to the vehicle without unnecessarily adding an extra electronic module.
