When a specific commercial warranty applies, its duration may be indicated directly on the product sheet.

Legal Warranties

Products sold by Lightmotive benefit from applicable legal warranties in accordance with current regulations.

These legal warranties apply independently of any commercial warranties offered by Lightmotive or by manufacturers.

Manufacturer Warranty

Some manufacturers offer an additional commercial warranty with their own conditions, duration, and support procedures.

Lightmotive will assist you in processing your request and, when necessary, liaise with the manufacturer.

Making a Warranty Claim

Before any return, contact our After-Sales Service specifying:

• your order or invoice number;
• the product reference;
• a precise description of the problem;
• photos or videos allowing identification of the defect, when possible.

Do not ship any product before receiving instructions from our After-Sales Service.

Commercial Warranty Conditions

Commercial warranties offered by manufacturers may include certain conditions or exclusions, particularly in cases of improper installation, non-conforming use, product modification, or accidental damage.

The exact conditions are those provided by the commercial warranty of the manufacturer concerned. They do not affect the rights of the customer under applicable legal warranties.
