Shipping times

Products available in stock are prepared and shipped as quickly as possible.

For products on order, restocking, or requiring specific manufacturing, the delivery time may vary. We will inform you if there is a particular delay concerning your order.

Delivery costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, weight, and volume of the order, as well as the transportation method used.

The applicable amount is indicated during the order process when automatic calculation is available.

For certain large or specific orders, particularly for professionals, a shipping quote may be provided.

Order tracking

When tracking is available, the necessary information will be communicated to you after your order has been shipped.

Receiving your package

Upon receipt, we recommend checking the condition of the packaging and products.

In case of a damaged package, make precise reservations with the carrier and contact Lightmotive quickly, attaching, if possible, photographs of the package and the affected products.
