The Vision X Cannon Race CR-4 is a compact 40W, 2,800-lumen LED spotlight, developed around a true ECE and SAE/DOT-approved Flood fog beam.

Its optics produce a particularly wide and sharply defined beam, reaching 107 m at 1 lux per unit and 137 m at 1 lux with a pair, with a width of up to approximately 91 m at 1 lux for the pair.

Compact, IP68/IP69K waterproof, and featuring a highly durable polycarbonate face, the CR-4 is suitable for both road use and the demanding conditions of off-roading.

In Detail

A true fog beam

The CR-4 stands out from conventional LED flood pods thanks to optics specifically developed to produce a wide fog beam with a controlled light cut-off.

With a pair, Vision X claims a beam reaching approximately 137 m in length and 91 m in width at 1 lux. This distribution therefore strongly prioritizes width and road illumination rather than concentrating light at very long distances.

Road-legal

The CR-4's fog beam is ECE as well as SAE/DOTcertified. Vision X promotes the product as a fog light intended for both on-road and off-road use.

For Lightmotive, I would clearly highlight this certification: it is a significant difference compared to many universal LED pods intended solely for auxiliary off-road lighting.

2,800 lumens in a compact format

Each light produces 40 W for 2,800 raw lumens. A pair therefore reaches 80 W and 5,600 raw lumens.

However, the value of the CR-4 is not just its light output: its optics leverage this power to achieve a very wide beam suited to its fog light function.

Designed for harsh environments

The lens is made of polycarbonate, chosen notably for its resistance to impacts and corrosion.

The unit features IP68/IP69Kprotection, allowing the CR-4 to withstand immersion as well as high-pressure water jets encountered on off-road and work vehicles.
